Mr. Tung Ching Sai currently serves as a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a Standing Committee Member of the CPPCC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee, a Member of the Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and President of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as Chairman of the Happy Hong Kong Foundation, actively promoting social harmony and development.

Mr. Tung Ching Sai has been instrumental in driving Hong Kong's economic development, rendering significant contributions over the years. He was previously honoured with the "Third Session of Shenzhen Top Ten Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs" and the "Hong Kong Young Industrialist Award 2006". A dedicated philanthropist committed to the betterment of society, Mr. Tung has long been unwavering in his support for charitable, social, and academic causes. His initiatives include supporting the "Strive and Rise Programme" to facilitate youth exchange with the mainland and broaden their horizons, as well as backing the development of fire services. Mr. Tung was appointed as a Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in 2020 and has consistently contributed to the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong over the years.
